Dev Ops Engineer

About The Position

The DevOps Engineer will be part of Nutrino’s R&D team, developing infrastructure that supports the next generation of insulin pumps – providing data-enabled therapy in the cloud. The DevOps Engineer at Nutrino is responsible for providing a development cycle solution to deploy secure, compliant, and stable systems. Responsibilities include planning, designing, and implementing critical parts of the infrastructure to support highly scalable applications, development pipelines, infrastructure as code, and internal tooling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of DevOps experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field

• In-depth knowledge of AWS infrastructure and resources (networking, compute,

storage, DB, IAM)

• Proven experience setting and supporting production environments

• Proficiency in building environments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform,

OpenTofu, Pulumi, CloudFormation, etc.)

• Experience with CI/CD tools

• Hands-on programming experience in one of the following: Python, Java, Go, Ruby

• Strong architectural skills and an understanding of complex technical designs

• FinOps experience, including understanding of cloud costs and cost estimation

• Experience with monitoring tools (DataDog, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)

Advantages

GitHub Actions, Env0, GCP, Azure

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience working under regulatory requirements, preferably medical systems
